Starbucks is shaking up summer with a fresh line of “Strato” Frappuccinos—icy, colorful drinks layered with cold foam, a first for the Frappuccino lineup.
Launching in July 2025, the new flavors include Salted Caramel Mocha, Strawberry Matcha, and Brown Sugar—all topped with creamy cold foam for added texture and flavor.
Just in time for July 4th, a limited-edition Firework Frappuccino will be available July 1–7, made with coconut milk, raspberry pearls, and red-white-and-blue layers of strawberry purée and sweet cream.
While fans are excited, some baristas say the new drinks are complex to make—potentially slowing things down behind the counter. Still, it’s clear Starbucks is aiming for big flavor and visual flair this season.
